Interactive Worship Live

Now this is going to be not at all how Interactive Live suggests, but it works for us right now.  We have a Macbook pro with a M-Audio ProFire 610 audio interface and Ableton Live 7.  We currently do not run our sets from the stage nor do we actually use Ableton Live during our service as we just aren't ready to throw another complication on stage and another though process for a musician/worshipper.  But, during the week I spend time in Ableton mixing the tracks and creating a click track that we export to our presentation software called ProPresenter and then our projection engineer runs our tracks on Sundays.  We do use in ears and use the Aviom system (which is awesome by the way!).  We know where we are going with all of our songs on Sundays are don't really deviate from that so this system currently works well for us.  Right now we are just running 2 channels of audio out...click in the left and aux inst. stuff in the right.  I can see us in the future running Ableton Live during services and running seperate channels out of our Profire 610 for each instrument...just no there yet!  Implementing slowly right now...just been using for a couple weeks...but loving the sound results so far. 

That's awesome Nick! Hey, you've got to taylor this to your team and what works best for you. Since you have the Avioms, I'd recommend coming out of the 610 in stereo (down channel 1 & 2) and put the click in 3. Then send the tracks left, tracks right, and click--each to a channel on the Aviom. Don't forget to pan the tracks hard left and hard right on your Aviom mixer and you'll have a stereo mix in your ears (the difference will be like night and day...) and you'll love it! Make sure the tracks are panned hard left and hard right in your sound board too (as long as your system is stereo for your front-of-house). Thanks for posting!
