I'm running Live 7 on an XP laptop (Core 2 Duo 2GHz) with a Novation Nio USB audio interface, which is mostly fine apart from some driver issues.
I'm considering a Firewire interface as a replacement, perhaps for $300 or less and was thinking about the Edirol FA-66 and wondered if anyone else has experience of this, or could recommend something else?
Just out of interest, we do a lot of spontaneous worship stuff - start with blank screen and just create as the moment flows.
